The three places I spend the most time at is: my favorite restaurant, Village Place, my bedroom, and my work, Little Caesars.
At Village Place there is a lot of advertising. The place mats on the tables contain multiple ads and coupons for local businesses. The customers wear many different labels. Such as, American Eagle, Tommy Hillfiger, Ralph Lauren, Tripp, etc. The waitresses wear their Village Place shirts which have the logo on them.
In my bedroom, I'm either on my computer or watching television. When I'm on my computer checking my facebook and myspace, there are many different advertisements for many different things. On the television there are commercials. They advertise cars, books, houses, clothes, and music.
At work, I see many people wearing clothing labels and logos for their workplaces. I also see many advertisements for my work, all the posters exclaiming the great deal on pizza that we offer. While working I listen to the radio. Radio commercials are just like television commercials except they don't offer the visual aspect, so they are more likely to be more descriptive.

An opinion of mine is that people should be able to express themselves with body art, piercings, tattoos, and such, without being looked down upon. Many people think that piercings and tattoos are not very becoming, but in this day and age a lot of people have tattoos. I have tattoos that represent things, like death's of close friends. Some of my friends have tattoos to represent the birth of their children. Tattoo's that don't exactly represent something, are just another form of artistic expression. I don't think that there is anything wrong with tattoos and piercings. Many parents and adults think it's a way of destroying your body. Piercings and tattoos are also a great way to release stress, because the pain releases adrenaline into the body and makes you feel better.
I'm going to assume that most of my opinions on tattoos and piercings come from the fact that I saw them on T.V. as I was growing up, and I always thought they were cool, and my parents told me I could never have any; they always shunned it. So I found reasons as to why they weren't so bad.

The most annoying little jingle comes from my cell phone, and wakes me up. I generally roll around and argue with the fact that i have to get ready for class or work. I finally rise out of bed, go grab something quick to eat, while in the meantime sitting on my laptop checking my myspace and facebook accounts. And responding to all the text messages I received over night. after that i dig through the thousands of t-shirts and throw one on, accompanied with my favorite pair of jeans. I mosey to my car get in, pick a different CD, than the one from the previous day, to listen to. I pop it in the CD player, and I start my car and I'm off like a dirty shirt. Depending on the day, I could be heading to dearborn to go to class or farmington hills to go to work. While in class and at work, I'm texting my friends and making plans for the rest of the evening.
I don't think that I would have any connection with the outside world if I didn't have my cell phone or laptop. My cell phone reminds me when to wake up, informs me of important dates and anything else that I throw in the mix. And my laptop is just way too much fun to live without.
